Iced by Ce — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Iced by Ce website and your purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Iced by Ce sells custom-made grillz and jewelry. You can reach us at icedbyce@gmail.com with any questions about these Terms or your order.

2. Our Products

Every piece is custom-made to order based on the impression/mold you send us. Because each piece is handcrafted individually, slight variations in fit, finish, and stone placement are normal and expected, not defects. Product photos are representative — your finished piece may vary slightly.

3. Ordering & Payment

Full payment is required at checkout for all orders placed through our website. Custom orders arranged directly with us (for example, via direct message) may be handled with different payment terms, such as a deposit, as agreed between us at the time.

Production does not begin until we receive your completed impression/mold kit. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on order timing, cancellations, and turnaround.

4. Impression Kits — Please Read Carefully

Ordering grillz requires you to take your own dental impression using a kit we send you. By using an impression kit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You will follow the instructions included with your kit exactly as provided.
• You are using the kit at your own risk. Stop immediately and discontinue use if you experience any discomfort, irritation, or allergic reaction, and contact a medical or dental professional if needed.
• Impression kits are not intended for children, and are not a substitute for professional dental care or advice.
• Iced by Ce is not liable for injury, discomfort, or improper fit resulting from incorrect use of an impression kit or failure to follow the provided instructions.
• We are not responsible for delays or issues in production caused by an incomplete, damaged, or improperly taken impression — if this happens, we'll reach out to you to arrange a replacement kit.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final once your impression kit has shipped, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, or doesn't fit correctly, refer to that policy for how we handle it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site — including photos, product designs, logos, and written content — is owned by Iced by Ce and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our site or place orders fraudulently, including providing false information, attempting unauthorized chargebacks on legitimately fulfilled custom orders, or misusing our content or designs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iced by Ce is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Iced by Ce harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of an impression kit, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
