Every piece we make is custom, built to order specifically for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been placed and your impression kit has shipped.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout for all online orders — we don't start production on a deposit.

Sizing & Impression Kits

Every order requires a molding/impression kit. Once you place your order, we ship you a kit right away. Bite down to create your impression and mail it back to us as soon as you can — production doesn't begin until we receive your completed kit back, so the faster it's returned, the faster your piece ships.

Production Time

Please allow 2–4 weeks from the day we receive your completed impression kit to the day your piece ships. This does not include the time it takes the kit to reach you or for you to mail it back.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before your impression kit has shipped. Once the kit has shipped, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded, since your piece is being custom made specifically for your bite.

If Something Doesn't Fit Right

If your finished piece doesn't fit the way it should, reach out to us directly. We handle fit issues case-by-case — message us and we'll work with you to find the right resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged in shipping, or isn't what you actually ordered, we'll provide a free repair or remake. Contact us with photos of the issue and we'll take care of it.
