Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Free shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders over $1,000 require a signature on delivery.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination. Orders over $1,000 require a signature on delivery.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country — these aren't included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or your local customs office on arrival.

Impression Kit Shipping

Once your order is placed, we ship your molding/impression kit right away. Production doesn't begin until we receive your completed kit back — see our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details on turnaround.

Shipping Times

Once your piece ships, standard delivery is:

• U.S.: 3–5 business days
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

These times start after your 2–4 week production window — they are not in addition to any delay in mailing your impression kit back to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as you notice — we'll work with you on a resolution, and if it's confirmed lost or damaged, we'll provide a free repair or remake per our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but reach out to us right away if you catch a mistake — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually still fix it.
